Curriculum Vitae (CV) A CV outlining the applicant's qualifications, professional experience, and educational background, related to the job. Must be in Thai or English.
Proof of Qualifications A copy of the applicant’s master’s degree (or higher) certificate, or evidence of relevant work experience (5 years in the past 10 years), signed by current or previous employer.
Photograph A passport-sized photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. The photo should show the applicant in formal attire, without glasses or accessories.
Intellectual Property/Funding Evidence Proof of full ownership of intellectual property (e.g. trademark, patent, copyright) or evidence of receiving Series A funding of at least 1 million USD.
T.M.6 Card T.M.6 Card (for those entering Thailand before July 1, 2022, or through a land border checkpoint).
Employment Letter A letter from the applicant’s employer detailing current position, start date, and permission to work remotely. Must be issued no more than 3 months before submission.
Tax Documents Personal income tax return showing income of at least 80,000 USD per year for the past 2 years. Corporate financial statements showing 150 million USD revenue in the past 3 years, or evidence of listing on a stock exchange.
Proof of Overseas Employment A letter from the overseas employer outlining employment details (e.g. position, contract duration, and income).

    • Health insurance coverage with a minimum of USD 50,000, OR
    • Social security benefits in Thailand, OR
    • A bank account with at least USD 100,000 maintained for no less than 12 months.
