Visit the Taiwan Visa Application Portal to fill out the visa application form online.
Fill up the form with the required details. Print out the completed visa application form and sign it.
Pay the visa fee via a demand draft made in favour of the 'Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre'. Check the current fee structure on the official website.
Download the "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" from the link provided. Email this form to your inviter in Taiwan and request them to complete and sign it. Attach the inviter's ID copy and the Taiwan company/organisation's registration documents.
