• Duration of stay at your current residence (if over 6 months or less than 6 months)
• The Centre you have selected

After giving the registered email ID, click the ‘Request Verification Code’ button. A verification code will be sent on this ID, so make sure you give the correct ID.

Step 4: Now check the inbox of your registered email address and get the verification code from there. Submit the code and click on the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 5: You will be directed to the next step consisting of terms and conditions. Click on the green button ‘I agree to provide my consent’ to accept the terms.

Step 6: You will be directed to the appointment booking page for Spain. All the * marked fields are mandatory, so please provide the correct information. The following information needs to be filled:

• Date of appointment
