The process of Malaysia work visa application consists of the following steps:

  • Please make sure you are very clear about your "purpose of visit" before applying.
  • Fill out the application for a visa and attach your photo. The form is available for download on the Malaysia Visa Application Malaysia (MVAC) website.
  • Make sure the photographs match the requirements.
  • Add all necessary supporting documentation in accordance with the checklist: a copy of the airline ticket; verified hotel or lodging information for the whole stay; and a physical copy or PDF of the COVID-19 immunisation certificate.
