To extend a Lithuania Visit Visa, you must have a strong reason, such as medical treatment, humanitarian reasons, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond control. An extension is not possible for tourism, business, or family visits. Instead, you can apply for a Lithuania Long-Stay National Visa or a Lithuania Temporary Residence Permit, which allows you to stay for 4 to 12 months or one year, respectively.
