1. B2 Business Visas

   • Completed Israel visa application form.

   • Obtain an invitation letter from the guest company in Hebrew and English, sent directly to the embassy via fax.
   • Copy of airline ticket or itinerary
   • Provide bank account statements for the last 3 months, certified by the bank.
   • Include salary statements for the last 2 months.
   • Attach a copy of Israel health insurance.

2. B1 Work Permit Visa

   • Completed Israel visa application form
   • Israel Visa photo requirement: Provide two passport-size photos with a white background.
   • Present a Police clearance certificate not older than 1 month.
   • If married, bring your spouse and their ID proof (passport, Election Card).
   • Submit a medical report from East West Medical Center covering general health, AIDS test, and x-ray reports.
   • Carry the contract of intent.

   Note: All documents must be original and up-to-date.

3. A/2 Student Visa (Individual)

   • Completed Israel visa application form
   • Israel Visa photo requirement: Attach two photos with a white background, 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm.
   • Passport must be valid for the study period with 2 blank pages.
   • Submit all previous passports.
   • Include a covering letter about yourself and NOC if employed.
   • Provide parents' NOC and copies of their passports.
   • If married, include spouse's NOC and passport copy.
   • Submit copies of educational documents and resume.
   • Attach an acceptance letter from the Israeli University/Institute.
   • Provide proof of stay from the university or hotel confirmation.
   • Show proof of travel booking; does not have to be confirmed.
   • Get travel and health insurance.
   • Provide the last 4 months' bank statements.
   • Include photocopies of Aadhaar card and passport.
   • Original birth certificate with Apostille if not available online.

4. Tourist visa

   • Cover Letter: Applicant's details or on company letterhead (if owner).
   • Business Owner: Incorporation and GST certificates.
   • Approval Letter/NOC: From employer with travel details and authorised signature.
   • Retired: Retirement proof and pension copy.
   • Invitation (Friend/Relative): Invitation letter in Hebrew, ID copy, contact details.
   • Invitation (Employee/Student): Employer/academic invitation, invitee's passport and visa copy, contact details.
   • Salary Slip: Last 4 months.
   • Tour Program: Itinerary and hotel reservation.
   • Travel Ticket: Booking (not confirmed).
   • Israel Travel Insurance/Medical Insurance.
   • Bank Statements: Last 4 months (personal and/or business), PAN card (company).
   • Photocopies: Aadhaar card, current valid passport (1st & last page).
   • Income Tax Return: If applicable
