Germany visa appointments can not be scheduled at the respective Germany embassy/consular. You must apply through the designated external service provider who will assist you with the application and forward it to the concerned German missions in India.

After filling out out the visa application form online through VFS Global in India, you must print it out and book a VFS appointment for German visa.

Once you have applied for the relevant Germany visa and determined the official submission centre for the country you want to visit, you can go ahead with German visa appointment booking by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official VFS Global website. You can also search ‘VFS appointment for German visa’ and click on the official website.

Step 2: Go to the service provider's homepage. You will find options to apply for or book an appointment for a Germany visa for the state(s) you plan to visit.
