Step 2: Book Brazil Visa Appointment & Pay Visa Fees

Access the e-consular system to request an appointment through the system. Next, pay the applicable Brazil visa fees during the appointment form process on the e-consular system. All payment instructions will be provided. Payments must be made via bank transfer; cash deposits are not accepted. The Embassy staff will confirm your appointment request within 24 to 48 hours. If no corrections are needed, you will receive an email with a link to book your appointment.

Step 3: Attend your Brazil Visa Appointment

Visit the Embassy on the scheduled date and time of your appointment. Bring your passport, photos as per Brazil visa photo requirements, and all original supporting documents. You can check your Brazil visa status online during the Brazil visa processing time. Once it is processed, your visa status will change to 'ready for collection.'
