A vehicle registration certificate (RC) is an essential document issued by the Regional Transport Office of a particular state. It is valid proof of a vehicle's registration and ownership.

Check RC Status via Parivahan Portal
Follow the steps below to check vehicle RC status online from the Parivahan Sewa portal.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Parivahan Sewa (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/)
Step 2: Click on the "Online Services" dropdown present at top of the page
Step 3: From the dropdown menu, select the "Vehicle Related Services" option
Step 4: From the list of states, select the state from where your vehicle has been registered
Step 5: Now select the RTO of your vehicle and click on the "Proceed" button
Step 6: From the list of services, click on "Know Your Application Status" option
Step 7: Enter your RC application number and click on "Submit"
Step 8: Your vehicle RC details will be displayed soon after submitting.
