As soon as you purchase a vehicle in Punjab, you need to register under the Punjab RTO. Following are the documents required for temporary registration of a vehicle in Punjab:
Sales certificate in Form 21
Road worthiness certificate in Form 22
Applicable road tax as specified in the schedule of Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation Act.

Select "Online Motor Vehicle Payment System"
Login with your ID and password.
