The validity of a temporary RC is one month after which a vehicle owner is required to register his/her vehicle permanently. Thus, to obtain a permanent registration certificate, you will need the following documents:

The process to get a permanent registration certificate in Jharkhand is as follows:
Approach the RTO office of the vehicle
