Now select the RTO from where your car has been registered

On the next page, click on the "Pay your tax option

If you do not pay the Goa road tax online or offline, you will be subject to heavy fines for the time you haven’t paid the tax. The fine for non-payment of road tax will be 25% of the annual tax for every period that was defaulted. This penalty will be paid along with the unpaid road tax amount.
If you purchased your vehicle on hypothecation or hire purchase, you need to get such hypothecation endorsed in your vehicle’s RC. In such cases, the name of the owner in the RC is of the lender until the loan is paid in full.
