      To pay a Meghalaya (ML) bike challan offline, you can use the following methods:

      Visit the nearest traffic police station and pay in cash at the designated counter, providing any required documents.

      Obtain a Demand Draft (DD) from an authorised bank and mail/post it to the address specified on the challan. Make sure to write your vehicle number and challan details on the back of the DD.
