It is necessary to get your vehicle permanently registered in Andhra Pradesh RTO. You will need the following documents for the same:

If you fail to pay road tax in Andhra Pradesh, you will be subject to heavy penalties. The table below describes the expiry period and penalty for non-payment of road tax:
Within a month after the due date: Penalty not exceeding one-half of the quarterly tax
Within two months after the due date: Penalty not exceeding the amount of quarterly tax
Two months from the beginning of the quarter, half year or year: Penalty not exceeding twice the quarterly tax
If you have purchased a vehicle on lease or hire purchase, you must get it endorsed in your vehicle’s RC. This entry is mandatory and can be made at your nearest RTO.
