LEAP: Policybazaar introduces the ultimate reward for employee excellence

Last night was one for the books as Policybazaar launched its much-awaited program - LEAP (Level Enhancement and Accreditation Program).

So, what exactly is LEAP all about? Well, this program is a roadmap that charts the next 10 years for the top performers who have won the coveted Jeeto Apna Ghar contest in the past two years. These partners will have the opportunity to get promoted from Senior Associate Consultant to Senior Manager in Sales. Talk about amazing career growth! This will be achieved through a comprehensive training program that covers building people and performance management competency and honing their skills.

Shoutout from the JAGs


The launch event was nothing short of spectacular. It started with a few words from our JAG winners (Jeeto Apna Ghar, a contest, offering our insurance advisors a chance to win their own home worth Rs 25 lacs). They talked about how their dream of having roti (food), kapda (clothes), makaan (home), has come true with Policybazaar. The audience couldn’t help but cheer on loudly for our happy JAGs.

A night to remember

To keep the momentum going, Manish Kalra, from the Health Fresh team grooved to the beats of Bollywood songs and made an already amazing night an unforgettable one. His electrifying performance left everyone on their feet and earned him a well-deserved token of appreciation.
