Happy customers thank PB for always being their superhero

Trust - this is the one word that holds the entire insurance industry together. Insurance is a product of trust. Building customer trust is at the heart of everything that we do at Policybazaar. 

Last April, Policybazaar had held a one-of-its-kind event in the form of Insurance Ka Superhero. This was an event that celebrated the efforts of all PB advisors who work relentlessly towards ensuring happy customer experiences. So, we decided to invite some of our happiest customers to share their PB journey with us. 

The event was such a success that we were compelled to host the next leg of it in the very next quarter. In the first week of August, on a bright Saturday morning we held Insurance ka Superhero-II at our headquarters in Gurugram. The event saw not just policyholders but entire families come together to express their gratitude to Policybazaar for supporting them in their hour of need. 

Tarun Mathur, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at Policybazaar, addressed the gathering as he said, “When you go to the hospital, there is a whole flurry of thoughts going through one’s mind. You worry about the treatment you will get and the ensuing complications. On top of this, you should not have to worry about claim settlement too. This is why we at Policybazaar ensure that at least finances are the last of your worries when going to the hospital.”

At PB, we see a customer as not merely a policyholder but as an individual representative of an entire family’s hopes and dreams. This is why it was heartening when entire customer families shared their PB journeys with us. Praveen Kumar and his wife Vijaylakshmi said, "It's because of the superior service we got from Policybazaar that we started trusting digital platforms.  I used to be very unsure about online transactions, In fact, I had requested my husband to not invest money digitally anywhere. But all of this changed after Policybazaar came into the picture."  

Lokendra Kumar, who came along with his wife, said, “It is because of Policybazaar that my wife is standing on her own feet today -- my claim had been rejected by the insurer, but Policybazaar helped us throughout the process and made sure we get a cashless insurance experience.”

Nishant, who had sought assistance from PB for a claim related to his mother’s treatment, added, "I have renewed my policy for three years straight because of the excellent services provided by PB advisors. They really do treat all customers like family." 

The event came to a close with all the attendees applauding the powerful stories shared at the gathering. These inspiring customer journeys are a testament to the efforts of PBians towards making financial security accessible across India.
