Policybazaar, where commitment and talent are always valued

The day at Policybazaar was filled with excitement as it was the time of the quarterly Rewards and Recognitions (R&R). The ceremony celebrated the hard work of the employees by honouring with below award categories:

·         Role Model of the Quarter,

·         Star of the Quarter and

·         Best Team Award

During the ceremony, we awarded over 90 top achievers from Technology and Product Department. BIG congratulation to all the winners!

The evening kicked off with a welcome note from Mr. Jitesh Kumar Mehtani- Training Head, who complimented the workforce for their active participation in various training programs and was awarded the top 4 Dot Net Core training achievers.

This was followed by Mr. Saurabh Tiwari's - Chief Technical Officer; appreciation for those who excelled in the Bug Bounty program, launched by the Information Security team with the goal of strengthening Policybazaar's safety posture.

The other big announcement was the introduction of VIT Software Engineer Trainees to everyone and awarded 5 years long service award.

Today's evening is thus dedicated to all workers who diligently completed the courses and delivered extraordinary performances.
