Policybazaar’s heroes to your rescue!

It was a regular Saturday afternoon which turned into a rousing day for all of us at Policybazaar as we gathered to celebrate our initiative "Insurance ka superhero - Our 30 minutes claims assistance” 

Recently, Policybazaar hosted an event with 6 of their happiest and satisfied customers to appreciate and felicitate our diligent service advisors. Policybazaar’s customer representatives have worked tirelessly to ensure that consumers receive a response within 30 minutes after making a claim. “We believe it is our duty to assist them till they are entirely happy.” 

The afternoon turned into an emotional one with customers sharing their experiences and praising our PB’s heroes who came to their rescue and went an extra mile to help them with their claim process. One of the customers mentioned how during Covid he was stunned to see the medical bill and pinned all his hopes on Policybazaar “During Covid-19 when hospital bills had suddenly started rising, I left all my worries to Policybazaar. I never had to chase the insurer or anybody else. My process was smooth and hassle free,” said Gaurav Rustogi, PB’s happy customer.  After the customer shared their emotional experiences and spoke highly of our advisors, we went ahead with the felicitation ceremony, where all the diligent members of Policybazaar’s sales team were feliciated by their respective customers, Policybazaar’s Health Insurance heads and Sarbvir Singh, CEO, Policybazaar.

The day came to a perfect end with our CEO sharing his gratitude to all the people who took out their precious time and came to celebrate the efforts and dedication of our advisors.“Our customers being completely satisfied and content with our services is our biggest reward,” said Sarbvir Singh, CEO, Policybazaar.
