So, what's better than celebrating their exceptional work with their happy clients and the entire PB family?
Let us take you guys through this exciting event of “Insurance ka superhero” organized to acknowledge the hard work of our service advisors and tell you how these PB superheroes spent their Saturday afternoon. We kickstarted the event by welcoming each of our customers and advisors to the stage one by one, where they expressed their heartfelt stories about how these superheroes stood by their side and provided all of the assistance they needed during their claims journey.
Listening to all the customers, the advisors’ hearts were full and shared how grateful each of them is for their jobs where they can help and assist someone in need. One of the advisors, Hina Gupta said “I got a call from a customer who was crying over the phone because his claim had been rejected due to some misinformation. He was in urgent need so I took immediate action and updated his details in the documents wherever required. His claim was approved within one hour - the fact that I could help someone in such a situation made me feel blessed.”
Another advisor shared his experience mentioning that when you or your family is dealing with the stress of a health problem, the last thing you need is to get entangled with paperwork and processes. “Recently, I helped a customer who had met with an accident and knew nothing about the claim process. I calmed him down and got his claim settled on the same day. He was very happy; it made my day! “ said Peeyush (Advisor).
Our service representatives work round the clock to make sure that you sleep peacefully, knowing fully well that you’re in good hands. “It was festival time and an NRI customer called me. His mother, who was back in India, had a heart attack. He was distressed, but I assured him and coordinated with him and his father even on a holiday, to help him get his claim on time. Helping someone on an auspicious day made me feel blessed!” said Mehak Maliyan (Policybazaar Advisor)
