A hall full of insurance advisors. Bright and shiny trophies right beside the dais. Six policyholders with smiles on their faces and a glimmer of tears in their eyes. This is how Policybazaar recently celebrated “Insurance ka Superhero'', an event dedicated to Policybazaar agents’ exemplary work.
In this story, we bring you how this Saturday afternoon went - from the perspective of our six customers who attended it. They all took turns to get onto the stage and share their commendable claim experience with the brand. The fact that PB responds to every claim query within 30 minutes is incredible, they all agreed. As a token of their admiration for the advisors, they even presented trophies to these superheroes.
Vaibhav Garg, 24, told us how his PB advisor Peeyush made his claim process uncomplicated and quick. He said, “The on-ground and claim support provided by Policybazaar made my insurance experience seamless. I was able to focus on the patient rather than worrying about the claim”.
Saurabh Kumar Singh, 32, shared how PB eased all his claim worries. He said, “I have a 1-year-old daughter who had to be hospitalized for an entire week for her treatment. When the time came to say goodbye to our customers, one of the customer hugged his advisor and thanked him for helping him during his tough time. The afternoon came to a close with a sense of contentment for everyone present.
