Recently, in Chennai, on a sunny afternoon, Policybazaar and Star Health Insurance came together to organise Claim Samadhan Diwas - our flagship initiative for enhanced customer experience. This day was dedicated to helping policyholders whose claims had been stuck due to lack of documentation. 

Fasttracking claim settlement has been a top priority for us. We take great pride in the fact that at this event, we helped customers get their claim approved in as less as 5 minutes. We are ecstatic to share that claims worth Rs 12.95 lacs on the spot during this Claim Samadhan Diwas.
