How to make Fridays fun at work: Join Policybazaar

Stress and the workplace seem to be becoming synonymous with each other in the modern times. While some workplace stress is normal and can egg you on to perform better, excessive stress can have a huge negative impact on both your health as well as your productivity. Fortunately, at PB, we try to ensure that when the work week is over, our employees relieve their stress and leave the workplace happy and geared up for a weekend of fun and relaxation. To that effect, every Friday we conduct a fun activity where games are played and goodies distributed as prizes. These activities are not just stress busters but also go a long way in building camaraderie outside one’s team as well.

Recently, as part of the Fun Friday activity, teams were given newspapers to create costumes. A member from the team had to wear this costume and the most creative costumes were given goodies as prizes. It was an interesting evening and the energy on the floor was infectious and fun.
