Policybazaar’s JAG 3.0 makes dreams comes true: A night of epic victories

We celebrated the 3rd season of Jeeto Apna Ghar (JAG) today, an award-winning employee engagement initiative by Policybazaar. And it was a very lucky day for 16 insurance advisors as 8 of them won a house worth INR 25L each and 8 others won a car worth INR 8L each. For those of you hearing about the initiative for the first time, let us tell you what it is all about. This contest is PB’s way of making sure that the best employees get their fair share of rewards and recognition. It presents the top-performing insurance advisors with a chance to win their own houses and cars as prizes. Moreover, selected employees receive this extraordinary reward alongside their annual increment, further emphasising the company's commitment to appreciating their exceptional contributions. And as per my knowledge, that is roughly 3-4 times what any salesperson outside PB would make. And I am very happy to see you all thriving, said Yashish Dahiya (Group Chairman & CEO, PB Fintech) at the event.

He added, “We know each individual can’t build a house within a year with their earnings alone, so we have a lottery system. But I hope that some of you will make enough from incentives alone that you will start buying your houses soon.”
