According to a recent survey of Policybazaar’s customers, for around 58% of respondents, an insurer’s claim settlement ratio was one of the key factors to look into before buying a health insurance plan.
Building years of customer experience and understanding, Policybazaar is shifting focus from being primarily an insurance aggregator to a neo-insurance company that not just provides options for comparing products but also helps them in claims support and provides unmatched service.
“We are keen to figure out how we can get involved in the claims process and provide assistance to our customers,” Dahiya said.
