How To Raise a Claim Under MG Car Insurance?
The only purpose of purchasing an MG car insurance policy is to get a claim whenever required. So, it is essential to know about the process of raising a claim. Follow the steps below to raise the claim:
- Inform your insurer about the incident within the next 48 hours.
- The insurer will send an inspector to the spot for inspection of damages.
- Once they are satisfied, your car will be towed to the nearest network garage for repairs.
- Once the car is repaired, you can collect it from the garage.
- Since it is a network garage, the insurer will make the payment on your behalf.
- If you choose to take the car to a non-network garage, then you will have to make the payment there, and the insurer will reimburse the paid amount later.
