Quite recently Private Insurance Company – Reliance Life insurance rolled out a new plan ‘claim guarantee’. With a view to settle the payment of death claim in the least possible time company brought this initiative up.
It has been found out that in this plan company will be settling the death claim and simultaneously providing the sum assured within a time period of 12 days, post the receipt of all relevant death claim documents from the nominee or claimant, provided entire premium is paid by the policyholder for at least three policy years and the necessary claim application documents are deposited. Additionally, to streamline the claim process, the company has stationed a claim relationship officer who will be offering personalized assistance during each and every claim settlement.
Company promises to provide fund value amount of the policy for payment in case of death claims under the unit linked insurance policies within 48 hours of intimation and submission of the required documents by the nominee. This plan will quicken the claim process, will make it simple and will also help the customers in obtaining the claim within 12 working days.
