The Coaching Financial Assistant Scheme 2019 is an initiative by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB) under the Labor Department of the Government of Haryana. It provides monetary support for professional courses and entrance examinations for the children of labourers. Benefits of Financial Assistance for Coaching

Benefits include:

  • INR 20,000/- or 75% of the coaching fee (whichever is less) is payable to workers' children for coaching in entrance examinations for professional courses.

  • INR 1,00,000/- provided to the workers' children for coaching on passing the UPSC and HPSC Preliminary Examinations to prepare for the main examination.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to apply to this scheme:

Worker Registration Under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Labour Department of Haryana.

Step 2: On the home page, you will find the "Welfare Board Beneficiary Login." Click on it, and a new window page will open. If you do not have login credentials, go to "Click Here" to register.

Step 03: Read all the instructions, "Tick" the acknowledgment, and click on the "Submit" button.

Step 04: Verify using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) of the Family ID:

  • Forget/not have a Family ID: If you do not have a PPP ID or forgot the PPP ID, select the radio button, and you will be redirected to the PPP Portal. You will get your PPP ID here.

  • Having a Family ID: If you already have one, you can move directly to the next step for registration. Follow these steps:

    • Click on the "I have family ID" radio button.

    • Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number/Family ID.

    • Click on "Fetch Family Details." It will display the family members registered under the given Family ID.

    • Choose a family member for registration.

    • Enter the OTP received on the selected family member for verification.

    • Click on "Click to Verify."

Step 05: You will get a new page asking for the applicant's basic information details. The applicant must verify all the pre-filled details.

Step 06: Once the verification is complete, enter the details. The red* marked fields are mandatory to fill. Upload your photo and click on the 'Submit' button to submit your application.

Step 07: A Successfully Registered Page will appear, and you will get an SMS/email.

Step 08: Log into your account using your username and password.

Note: If you do not have a family ID, register using your Aadhaar Number.

Claiming scheme benefits:

Step 1: Go to the Official Website of the Labour Department of Haryana.

Step 2: Click on "Welfare Board Beneficiary Login".

Step 3: Enter the captcha, your username and password. Click on the submit button.

Step 4: A window will open. Here, you have to click "Schemes," and a list of schemes will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Select the scheme and read its details.

Step 6: Complete the application form and submit it.

Application Tracking:

Go to the official website of the Labour Department Haryana and track your application status online. Important updates will also be forwarded to the registered mobile number.

Applying for scheme benefits through the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal

Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

Step 1: Visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.

Step 2: To register, click on "New User" under 'Sign In Here.' Fill in all the required details, i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State. Click on 'Submit'.

Step 3: Verify your email ID and mobile number using the OTP received and complete the registration.

Login to Apply for the Scheme:

Step 1: Visit the portal and log in using the email ID you used while registering.

Step 2: Enter the captcha and password and click on 'Login.'

Step 3: After successfully logging in, click 'Apply for Services' and 'View all Available Services.'

Step 4: Find the scheme, click on it, and fill out the application form.

Step 5: Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number or Family ID and click on "Click here to Fetch Family Data." It will display the family members registered under the given Family ID.

Step 6: Select the applicant/beneficiary's name and enter the OTP received on the selected family member's mobile number or email ID for verification. Click on "Click to Verify."

Step 7: Enter the details and upload the required documents.

Step 8: Preview the application form before you click on 'Submit'.

For registration under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • passport-size photograph

  • Parivar Pehchan Patra/Family ID

  • Bank account details

  • Residential proof

  • Ration card

  • Age proof

  • Disability certificate (if applicable)

  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

  • Any other documents, if required

For Scheme Benefits:

  • Worker's ID proof issued by the organization

  • Employer certificate

  • Employee salary slip for the previous month

  • Education certificate/previous year pass-out certificate (at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination)

  • Coaching fee receipt issued by the coaching institute

  • Certificate of continuing regular studies in the coaching issued by the coaching institute

  • Self undertaking

  • Attested copy of the ration card

  • ESI card

  • Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID)

  • Bank account details

  • Any other documents, if required

Every individual has a right to education and to secure a better job. However, children of workers from economically weaker sections need help finding such resources, like coaching from private institutions that charge very high fees. This is where the Coaching Financial Assistant Scheme scheme tries to cover the gaps. Providing added financial support to these children, this scheme helps them get admission into professional courses and pursue their coaching.
