If you are not satisfied with the offered services or the response provided to you by the customer support, you can raise a complaint by following the below steps:
Step 1: Click on ‘Give Feedback’ present on the customer service page. Then, after clicking on redressal, you will be transferred to a complaint page where you can register your complaint using the ‘Click here’ option. You will then receive a token number through e-mail or will get a response within 10 days after registering a complaint.
Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the response, you can reach out to the Grievance Redressal Office by providing the token number in the complaints section.
Step 3: You can also contact the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer by providing the token number in the complaints section.
Step 4: You can also submit the Grievance through the post to Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance
