United India Bike Insurance Third Party Cover offers the following benefits for the third party involved in the mishap. Third-party insurance is mandatory, and if one rides the vehicle without third-party insurance, he is likely to get penalized by the authorities.

  • Third-party Bodily injuries:The insurance company takes responsibility for any injuries sustained by the third party at the time of a mishap. It looks after the medical expenses and other legal costs connected to the accident involving the insured's bike.
  • Third-party Accident/Death Cover:The insurer provides financial compensation in cases involving loss of life due to the involvement of the insured’s bike. Other liabilities such as the damage costs of the third party's vehicle, or repair costs, are also taken care of by the company.
  • Property Damage Cover:The insurer compensates for the damages caused to the third party’s property. The company offers compensation only after legal proceedings where the amount to be compensated is decided by the court of law.
