Contact the Hospital Helpdesk
Reach out to the helpdesk of the network hospital as soon as you get admitted
Submit the Required Documents
Submit a copy of your e-health card, medical id card and valid government ID proof along with a duly filled pre-authorization form to the hospital helpdesk.
Seeking Pre-Authorization Approval
The hospital helpdesk will submit all the documents to the TPA or Care Health Insurance to get a pre-authorization for cashless treatment.
Pre-Authorization Approval for Cashless Claim
The TPA or the insurer will verify the form and other documents based on the terms & conditions of the policy and will accordingly approve your cashless claim request.
Post-Discharge Document Submission
Once your treatment is complete, the hospital will submit the discharge summary and other required documents to the TPA/ insurer for final approval.
Cashless Claim Settlement
After final approval, the insurer or TPA will inform pay the claim amount directly to the network hospital.
Note: In case of reimbursement claims, avail the treatment at the hospital and collect all the documents at the time of discharge. Submit these documents to Care Health Insurance/ TPA, who will then review them and accordingly pay you the claim amount.
