- Step-1:Irrespective of the type of damage or loss, the first step should be registering the claim with the Insurer. It should be done as soon as possible by calling on 1800 3009 (toll-free).
- Step-2:After registering and informing the insurer, take your two-wheeler to a garage authorized by the Insurer
- Step-3:The next would involve inspection of the damaged vehicle by the garage agent after you submit a few essential documents. They will confirm the extent of the damage.
- Step-4:Submit the claim form along with the required set of documents.
- Step-5:If the estimated costs are above Rs 20,000, the insurer will conduct another round of inspection.
- Step-6:After all rounds of inspections are completed, you can proceed to get your vehicle repaired. And once it is done, you are free to take your bike home.

Step-1: Inform the insurer and register for the claim by calling on the toll-free number 1800 3009. It should be done as soon as possible, and all related information should be given to the insurer.
Step-2: Take your two-wheeler to any garage of your choice and let the expert evaluate the damages that occurred. They will give you a report mentioning all the damages, which you must submit to the insurer.
Step-3: Fill the claim form and submit it along with all the necessary documents.
Step-4: After completing all necessary inspections and verification of documents, you can start with getting your vehicle repaired at the garage.

For the first year, the deduction is 20% which gradually increases with each year and goes up to 50%.
