The Reliance Health Gain insurance plan provides coverage to individuals as well as families on a floater basis. The plan comes with a sum insured ranging from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 1 crore and is available in three types – Plus, Power and Prime. However, senior citizens above the age of 65 years can be covered for a sum insured of Rs 3 lakh.
The Reliance Arogya Sanjeevani policy is a standard health plan offered under the guidelines of IRDAI to individuals and families. This affordable health policy is available for a sum insured ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 10 lakh.
The Reliance Personal Accident Insurance plan provides compensation in case the insured meets with an accident. It comes with a sum insured ranging between Rs 5 lakh to Rs 20 lakh.
The Reliance HealthWise plan is a comprehensive policy that provides coverage to individuals and families at an affordable premium. It offers a sum insured ranging between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh.

The Reliance Super Top Up plan provides financial cushioning to the insured in case the base policy sum insured gets exhausted. The plan has an in-built deductible of Rs 2 lakh to Rs 30 lakh for a sum insured ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 1.3 crore.
Reliance Hospi Care Insurance is a hospital cash plan that pays a lump sum benefit to the insured in case of hospitalization. The sum insured for the policy ranges from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
The Reliance COVID-19 Protection Insurance plan provides coverage to people who tested positive for the coronavirus disease. The policy comes with a sum insured of Rs 25,000 to Rs 2 lakh.
The Reliance Yes Plus Health Insurance plan covers the cost of a variety of medical treatments and procedures on payment of a mandatory deductible. Although the sum insured varies from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 40 lakh, the deductible ranges from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
The Reliance Digital Care Management plan has been designed to cover the outpatient medical expenses of the insured. The policy sum insured ranges from Rs 1000 to Rs 5000.

Hospital Admission
Get admitted to a network hospital of the Reliance General Insurance Company
Claim Intimation
Inform Reliance General Insurance Company about your hospital admission. While you must inform about your emergency hospitalization within 24 hours, planned hospitalizations must be intimated at least 2 days in advance.
Show the Health Card
Present the Reliance Health Card at the TPA helpdesk of the network hospital.
Fill Up the Cashless Request Form
Complete the cashless request form available at the hospital cashless desk and submit it to TPA helpdesk
Cashless Request Form Submission
The hospital will send the cashless request form to RCare Health along with the required medical details
Cashless Request Review
RCare Health will review the cashless treatment request and will authorize the treatment if satisfied.
Sign Documents
If the cashless request is approved, make sure to sign all the relevant documents during discharge from the hospital.
Payment to the Hospital
The Reliance General Insurance Company will pay the claim amount to the network hospital directly.
In the case of a reimbursement claim, pay the full hospital bill amount at the time of hospital discharge and collect all the original hospital bills, medical documents and investigation reports. Submit the required documents along with the claim form to RCare Health within 15 days of getting discharged. RCare Health will review the documents and pay the claim amount to you upon claim acceptance.
