Step 2: On the LIC’s e-Services page, click on the ‘New User’ button.
Step 3: You will need to submit your policy details, such as Policy Number, Premium Amount, Date of Birth, etc. to complete the registration process. Once done, click on the proceed button.
Step 4: Now, create a new ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ to complete the LIC online registration process
Step 5: Now, log in with a new username and password. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 6: Enroll your policy and retrieve your policy details from the tab ‘Enroll Policies’ on the left-hand side of the screen. Now, click on the option of ‘View Enrolled Policies’. Verify the ‘Captcha’ to see the status of your enrolled policies.
For those already registered on the LIC customer portal:
Step 1: Visit the official website and select the ‘Registered User’ option under the LIC customer login section.
Step 2: Enter your User ID/Email/Mobile Number, Password, and Date of Birth.
Step 3: Once logged in, you can access policy details, make premium payments, or view claim statuses.
To pay the premiums of the LIC policy, the insurance holder can directly login to the company's website. However, there are other alternatives as well. The policyholders can pay the premium offline by visiting the LIC's official branch office.
Besides this, the policyholder can also use electronic modes for the policy's premium payment. The policyholder must provide the ECS mandate for the respective bank, after which the LIC will create a standing instruction. According to the premium due date of the policy, the amount will be deducted directly from the bank account of the insurance holder. Step 3: Select Customer as your Role, and enter your user ‘ID/Email/Mobile, Password’, and ‘Date of Birth’ to Sign in.
Step 4: On the Customer Portal, click on the ‘Self /Policies’ option to view details.
Note: If your premium is due, then you should see the ‘Pay Premium’ option. Otherwise, you should see the premium due date.
Step 5: Click the Pay Premium option to proceed and provide the required information. Choose the payment option. Make your selection from Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.
