      How to Renew ICICI Lombard Health Insurance for NRI?

      NRIs can follow the steps given below to renew their ICICI Lombard health insurance policy:

NRIs do not have to submit the TRC again to avail GST refund on renewals if they have availed GST refund on the fresh policy purchased from Policybazaar.

      How to File a Claim with an ICICI Lombard Health Insurance Plan for NRI?

      Inform the Insurer

      Notify ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company about your planned hospitalizations at least 48 hours in advance. For emergency hospitalizations, the insurer must be informed within 24 hours of hospital admission.

      Display the Health Card

      Show your ICICI health card at the hospital where you have been admitted.

      Submission of Pre-Authorization Form

      Submit the filled-in pre-authorization form and the required documents to the ICICI Lombard Claims Management Team.

      Cashless Treatment Authorization

      The Claims Management Team will review your cashless treatment request by verifying all the documents and eventually authorize or reject it.

      Claim Settlement

      Obtain the treatment and pay all the non-payable bills at the time of discharge. The insurance company will pay the remaining bill amount directly to the hospital.

      Note: For reimbursement claims, pay the entire hospital bill when you are discharged from the hospital and collect all the medical documents. Submit all the required documents to the Claims Management Team along with the ICICI Lombard health insurance claim form within the stipulated time. The Claims Management Team will review all the documents and will pay the claim amount to you.
