Future Generali Two-Wheeler Insurance Claim Settlement Procedure

To raise a claim for third-party liabilities and own damages under your Future Generali two-wheeler insurance policy, follow the below steps-

Step 1- Inform the insurer after the incident took place by calling at toll-free number 1800-220-233 or filling up an online claim settlement form available on their website

Step 2- The insurer will send a surveyor to the incident site to inspect your damaged vehicle

Step 3- Submit the requested documents by the surveyor

Step 4- In case of a cashless claim settlement process, the surveyor will send the damaged two-wheeler to the nearest Future Generali workshop

Step 5- At last, the insurer will directly settle the bill amount with the Future Generali workshop and get your bike repaired.
