Policy Details

Grace Period: The grace period for payment of premium shall be fifteen (15) days, where the policyholder pays the premium on monthly basis; and 30 days in all other cases.
Free Look: The Policyholder shall have a period of a free look period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document and period of 30 days in case of electronic policies and policies obtained through Distance Marketing*, to review the terms and conditions of the policy and where the Policyholder disagrees with any of the objection. On such cancellation the company will refund the premium paid subject to deduction of the prosper, if applicable and the stamp duty charges. All benefits and rights under this policy shall immediately stand terminated at the cancellation of the policy. This provision in the line with Reg. 20 of IRDAI (PPI) Reg., 2017 * Distance Mode includes solicitation in all modes other than in person
