b) Accidents occurring outside the specified workplace unless the employee was on duty and acting under the employer’s instructions.
c) Occupational diseases contracted by the employee.
d) Interest or penalties imposed on the employer under any law.
e) Medical expenses for treating employee injuries unless covered by law.
f) Injuries to workers employed by a contractor or subcontractor unless specifically included in the policy.
g) Injuries to individuals not declared for coverage under this policy.
h) Liability assumed under an agreement that wouldn’t apply otherwise.
i) Claims that the employer could have recovered from another party if not for an agreement between them.
j) Accidents occurring while the employee was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
k) Injuries or death resulting from the employee's deliberate self-harm or intentional worsening of an injury.
