Despite repeated attempts to contact him for information about our policy, he was unresponsive and even hung up on me twice. It has been a week since we paid our premium, and there's been no communication or update on the policy's status. This lack of professionalism and communication is deeply concerning and disappointing. Bajaj Allianz needs to address these issues promptly to maintain their reputation and fulfill their obligations to policyholders.
