      • Cover your nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face cover when in public, to get groceries, medicines, etc. The mask is to protect other people from an infected person
      • However, do not place the mask on children below the age of 2-years, anyone who has trouble breathing, incapacitated or cannot remove the cover without assistance
      • While coughing or sneezing use a tissue to cover your mouth and nose and throw it in a covered dustbin. And if you do not have a tissue you can sneeze or cough into your elbow instead of hands and immediately wash your hands
      • Also, do not use a facemask meant for a medical worker
