Show Documents
Display your HDFC ERGO health card along with a valid photo id
Cashless Pre-authorization
The network hospital will send your pre-authorization form to the HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company seeking a request for your cashless treatment.
Cashless Treatment Approval
The insurance company will approve the cashless treatment request and inform the hospital.
Document Submission
After you get discharged, the hospital will send the final bill and all the required documents to the insurer.
Final Authorization
The insurer will scrutinize all the submitted documents and will grant the final authorization to the hospital.
Note: For reimbursement claims, intimate HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company about your planned hospitalization at least 48 hours prior and emergency hospitalization within 24 hours. Pay the hospital bill in full at the time of discharge, collect all the documents and submit the required documents to the insurer.
