If you withdraw your fixed deposit before the 7th day or later, the interest rate will be 1.00% lower than the interest rate set at the time of principal deposit. The applicable interest rate will be the rate that was set when you initially booked the deposit for the period it has been running. This rule applies to all types of deposits, including FD renewals.
