• Go to the TPA desk once you reach hospital
• Fill in pre-authorisation form
• TPA will get the pre-approval from insurer
• Insurance company settles the claim

Follow the steps for re-imbursement claim:

• Inform the insurance company as soon as the insured gets hospitalised
• Collect reports, bills and other important documents
• Submit claim form within 7 days of discharge
• The insurance company will process the claim
• Provide cancelled cheque to process the claimed amount
• Insurance company reimburses the amount within 15 days
