• The policyholder must appraise the insurance company immediately after acknowledgement of such incident
• The policyholder must issue a claim from the insurance company
• The policyholder must fill the claim form correctly
• The policyholder is required to provide the necessary document which might be asked by the insurer
• The insurance company shall appoint a surveyor to investigate the claim
• The investigator shall verify the claim and make a report
• The report shall be submitted to the insurance company
