I have a 2 wheeler and a 4 wheeler. If I buy the personal accident cover with my 2 wheeler policy, will it cover me if I get in an accident on my 4 wheeler? Or, do I have to also buy the PA cover with my 4 wheeler?

It is mandatory for all 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler customers to have a PA cover but only one such cover is needed for a customer. So if you already have it bought along with your 2-wheeler policy and the cover is active, you do not need to buy that along with you 4-wheeler policy. You can uncheck the bundled cover and specify the reason as the same when you do so.

My vehicle met with an accident. I have bumper to bumper cover. I need a vehicle for my work and family movements while the damaged vehicle is in the workshop. Can I get a substitute vehicle or hire charges for a vehicle during the period under repairs?

An option to avail a substitute vehicle or charges for hiring taxis are available across many car insurance policies today. However, these need to be purchased with the motor policy at the inception of coverage. They are not part of the basic comprehensive cover though some insurance companies offer this as a complementary cover along with the base policy; you may need to read the terms and conditions of coverage on your policy to determine if you have the option to avail this facility.
