If you tried purchasing the policy from Policybazaar using alternate contact details, you can download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download. Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.

I have a 2 wheeler and a 4 wheeler. If I buy the personal accident cover with my 2 wheeler policy, will it cover me if I get in an accident on my 4 wheeler? Or, do I have to also buy the PA cover with my 4 wheeler?

It is mandatory for all 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler customers to have a PA cover but only one such cover is needed for a customer. So if you already have it bought along with your 2-wheeler policy and the cover is active, you do not need to buy that along with you 4-wheeler policy. You can uncheck the bundled cover and specify the reason as the same when you do so.
