Hello Mayank, You can download a copy of your policy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP. Once you have logged in, you can follow the path mentioned earlier to download the policy. If you face any issues, please contact our customer care team at care@policybazaar.com from your registered email ID or 1800-258-5970 from the registered mobile number. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to send the policy soft copy to your email or mobile directly.
