Hi Shriniwas, thanks for reaching out. We are unable to locate any policy against the details you have provided. If you have purchased the policy from the different contact details, you can download a copy from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
The path on the app: Login > Policies > Active plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download. Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.

In case you purchased the policy elsewhere, kindly contact the insurer regarding this concern.
