Hi Baiju, as a policy bazaar customer, you can download all your active/ inactive policies from the Policybazaar app or website by logging in with your registered mobile number and OTP.

Path on the app: Login > Policies > Active/ Inactive plans > Click on the policy that you want the copy of > Download.
Path on the website: Policybazaar.com > Sign in > Profile > Your Policies > Download Policy the respective policy.
