Yashish is the CEO of PolicyBazaar. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing the long-term strategy and direction of the company. Prior to his current role, Yashish served as the CEO of First Europa, a Global Online Insurance Broker with operations in 9 countries. He has served as Managing Director for ebookers Plc, a travel business which employed 2000 people across 13 countries in Europe. Yashish has been a Management Consultant with Bain & Co, in addition to serving with TATA Interactive and ITW. Yashish is an MBA from INSEAD, PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, and a graduate from IIT Delhi.

Avaneesh is the COO of PolicyBazaar. He leads the company's business operations and is responsible for executing Policy Bazaar's business strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to his current role, he has served as the Global Operations Director with First Europa. He has served with AT&T India, GE, Global Vantage, Hero-ITES, Technovate eSolutions. Avaneesh is a MBA from BIT Ranchi.

Alok is the CFO of PolicyBazaar. He is responsible for leading the Finance Organization, including Corporate Finance & Controllership, Treasury, Tax and Strategic Planning & Analysis Functions. Alok is also responsible for the Strategic Alliances Division. Prior to his current role, Alok has served as the Director, Finance with First Europa. He has served in various cross-functional leadership roles with Mahindra & Mahindra and General Electric (GE). Alok is a PGDM from IIM Kolkata.
